We led a full product redesign, creating a centralised design system that ensured consistency and scalability across the platform. I reimagined the user journey to make event setup, ticket purchase, and check-in fast, intuitive, and reliable, whether for a small gathering or a festival with tens of thousands of attendees.
The result was a seamless, modern experience for organisers and guests alike, enabling Unboxd to scale event check-ins from zero to over 50,000 in less than six months while maintaining a premium, dependable experience.
